After a career in international business, spanning over 20 years, Alfons started on his own in 2000 as Consultant, Coach and Trainer.
In 2002 Alfons set up Variations Brussels, which was renamed Biznessence Europe in 2007.
Alfons is currently the Managing Director of Biznessence Europe based in Brussels.
Alfons's domains of expertise are Sales, Marketing and Management.

Christian De Neef has a degree as an electronics engineer. With close to 20 years of experience in IT and management, he has held a variety of positions related to system architecture and development, development support, project management, management consulting, transition management and work organization, research and development, etc.
In recent years, he has designed and launched several large-scale initiatives in the areas of methods and tools, education, and knowledge and content management.

Christian De Neef was responsible for Fujitsu's Business Consulting practice in Belgium and Luxembourg until September 2005, and his assignments have led him to focus more on human and organizational issues such as transition management, organisational change management and technology transfer, particularly in IT.
Christian is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on a variety of subjects (Value Management, Knowledge Management, Innovation, etc.) in international conferences.

Sumaia has been Managing Director of SGK Consultoria in Brazil since 1991. SGK Consultoria provides services in Management, Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Market Research to industries such as banking, IT, telecom and several others.
Since August of 2007 Sumaia is the Managing Director of the Biznessence America's office in Sao Paulo.
With a prior experience as Marketing Manager in bluechip Brazilian enterprises, Sumaia's forte is Marketing & Strategy. |
