Coaching of Individuals and of Teams

Individual and team coaching can help organisations better respond to these operational challenges.
Biznessence offers both Individual Coaching and Team Coaching.

With Individual Coaching the emphasis is on:
- The skills related to effective and timely decision making
- Enhancing the coachee’s management and leadership capabilities
- Improving the effectiveness of the coachee’s communication with his/her team
- Helping the coachee find his/her way during mergers, acquisitions, in times of crisis, or when taking on a new challenge
For Team Coaching the approach is somewhat different:
- Biznessence Coaches use Collective Coaching, to make a Team stronger, better performing and more effective
- We use a mix of training, outdoor activities and project work in small teams, to develop the competencies of all team members and increase the team cohesion

Coaching Deontology
